Returns and Refunds
We want you to enjoy our plants as much as we do - we work with the top European suppliers and are 100% sure of the quality of our plants.
Please note that while the plant you receive will closely match the photos on the website, natural variations are still possible.
Cancelling your online order
You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund up to 24 hours after your order. Please write us at email@example.com to do so.
We do our best to ensure that the plants arrive to you in top notch condition, however if the plant you received is damaged, please report the damage to us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with the photos within 7 days from delivery. We won't be able to refund you, if you report damage after 7 days or repot your plant.
As it's stressful enough for plants to be shipped once, we don't accept plant returns if you changed your mind after receiving them.
For all non-plant items we accept returns within 28 days from the delivery, given they are unpacked and unused.
